EDIT: I tweaked the contrast on it to give the same feeling the actual drawing does, I think it looks way better now. 
This is Wentworth Miller, a.k.a Michael Schofield from Prison Break.
Prison Break was a show that I started watching courtesy of a friend and I loved it. The end of the series was absolutely perfect but I recommend not watching the film, The Final Break, it kind of ruins the perfect ending of the TV series.
